These Terms & Conditions govern use of mk.clientbuilder.pro and the optional messaging program offered by MK153 INC, doing business as ClientBuilder, and Mike Kwak (“ClientBuilder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Mike Kwak is a California real-estate broker, DRE 01063884.

Website and real-estate services

This website lets you request information about real-estate services and a private home-search workspace. Submitting an inquiry does not create a broker-client relationship, guarantee representation, or constitute a purchase or sale of real property. Any representation is subject to a separate written agreement where required.

No SMS enrollment on this site

This public inquiry form does not enroll visitors in text messaging, and submitting a phone number is not consent to receive texts. Any messaging consent for an existing ClientBuilder real-estate client is collected in a separate client-only process. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use and third-party services

You may use this site only for lawful, personal real-estate inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, or attempt to access systems or information that are not made available to you. The site may link to or use services operated by third parties; their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or messaging program.
